Peruvian food cooking class

On November 16th, during the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the fundation of the “Peru-Kagoshima Association”, La Quinua gave a cooking class where we prepare some Peruvian dishes: quinoa salad, causa rellena and aji de gallina.
